Entries from both individuals and teams are welcome (see rules for details).

Contest Information and Rules:
 _________________________________________________________________________

SYSTEM INFORMATION:
The system is a 2-way sealed-box far-field mini monitor operating above 100 Hz.
FRD and ZMA files will be provided for the drivers in the enclosure. Design your crossover using this data. Measurements have been made on the drivers in the cabinet that is offered as a prize to the contest winner.

CROSSOVER TYPE AND DESIGN RESTRICTIONS
:
The crossover may use passive or active circuits.
Passive crossovers should be designed using Xsim, WinPCD, or PCD.
Active crossovers can be designed using any free software. FIR DSP is not allowed. The use of feedback around a driver is not allowed.
Crossover designs that are created using commercial software or purchased (e.g. Madisound LEAP design) are not allowed.
Crossover designs (active and passive) must use component values that can be sourced from vendors without further modification.

 > the system sum (SPL) with the crossover connected to the system.
For Active crossovers:
include a complete description of how the crossover will be implemented (active circuit diagram, DSP signal flow, etc. including details of all filter stages, amplifier gains, etc.)
For Passive Crossovers:
include a detailed crossover circuit. Please supply component values and their tolerances.
NOTE: A single design file that provides all required information can be submitted as an attachment (e.g. the PCD worksheet). Individual files are also acceptable.
